American Society of Clinical Oncology 2017

Nearly three dozen U-M Cancer Center faculty and trainees will be presenting oral abstracts or posters, leading discussion of new research or chairing sessions during the ASCO annual meeting, June 2-6.

This year, Dan Hayes, M.D., serves as ASCO president, and David Smith, M.D., is chair of the scientific committee responsible for conference programming. Hayes will deliver the president’s address during the June 3 opening session. In addition, Dean Brenner, M.D., will deliver the ASCO/American Cancer Society Award Lecture on June 5.
