Kay and Laurie are Holistic Health Specialists and nationally recognized experts on the subject of health and humor who strongly believe that learning should be fun. Folklore has long held that there is a positive connection between humor and health and recent medical research has also begun to validate what we have known all along, that having fun is good medicine. Healthy self-care, which includes humor, is essential, even when dealing with cancer. This unique program will grow your brain, tickle your spirit, keep you smiling AND you will learn a new skill that will change your life forever!
