The Flow Core is a resource for clinical and basic science research investigators at the University of Michigan and surrounding institutions using state of the art flow cytometry analysis and cell sorting. Additionally, the Flow Core provides consultation regarding experimental design, data interpretation, and application development. Technical support for grant applications, publication development, and graphics presentations is also available.
Samples are prepared by individual investigators, who then deliver samples to the Flow Core for flow analysis or cell sorting. Additionally, instrumentation is available for individual investigators to run their own samples.
