The Single Cell Analysis Core is a shared resource for basic and clinical sciences research investigators at the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center and surrounding institutions using state of the art single cell gene expression, RNASeq and DNASeq analyses and rare cell (e.g. CTCs) isolation. In addition, core will provide consultation for research design, experimental plan, data analysis and interpretation. Technical supports for grant applications, publication development and graphic presentation. Single cell analysis can be challenging but highly informative. The core provides consultation to optimize the chances for a successful experiment.
