Fertility Preservation

Patients who have not begun their cancer treatment can explore fertility preservation options at the Briarwood Center for Reproductive Medicine. Ours is the only clinic in Michigan offering comprehensive care for cancer patients.

Genetics / Risk Evaluation

Two genes, BRCA1 and BRCA2, are known to dramatically increase a woman's risk of developing breast cancer and ovarian cancer in her lifetime. If there are a number of family members who have had instances of breast, ovarian, colon, prostate, stomach and/or pancreatic cancer, you may be a candidate for genetic screening in our Breast & Ovarian Risk Evaluation Program.
